Mission

International Simferopol Airport has been the “Air Gate of Crimea” since 1936. We ensure transport accessibility of the Crimean Peninsula and aim to pave the air bridge for every family who wants to enjoy tender sunshine, fresh mountain air, glowing and heaving Black Sea.

JSC “Simferopol International Airport” is eager to become the best airport and provide the relaxation of guests upon their arrival to Crimea, leaving them in keen desire to return.

Our strategy

By the end of 2018, we aim to become the best regional airport which ensure a high level of flight safety and regularity, good level of service quality and culture in accordance with international and national standards and requirements.

We implement our principles and strategic aims by:
  • maintaining the operation and constantly improving the efficiency of quality management system in compliance with the requirements of international standards and practices;
  • managing the production risks in order to prevent the occurrence of possible non-compliances, negative events and eliminate their causes;
  • checking the safety of flights and quality of rendered services on a regular basis;
  • analyzing activity and feedback from the consumers on a regular basis, achieving set goals and executing quality policy for constant suitability;
  • implementing and improving aviation safety requirements in the sphere of air transport service and security activities performed by JSC “Simferopol International Airport”;
  • training and maintaining a high professional level of the Airport personnel, improving labour conditions.

The management of JSC “Simferopol International Airport” ensures the conformity of the quality management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and undertakes to comply with the stated requirements, continuously improve efficiency of the quality management system, ensure that all employees of JSC “Simferopol International Airport” are fully aware of the Quality Policy, as well as create conditions for its implementation with the provision of necessary resources.
